‘The Vault’ Now Available

Los Angeles, CA  United States

The complete series of ‘The Vault’ is now available on Blu-Ray and DVD and includes 5.1 Surround Sound, Directors’ Commentary, Blooper Reel and more.

The year is 2016. TV sucks. Ratings – at least at one major network – are at an all-time low. Desperate to save their jobs, the executives make an unprecedented decision: It’s time to pull the plug. On everything. All programming must go. But what will replace it? Enter ‘The Vault’, the greatest reality television competition in history… or at least that’s how they’re selling it. A 24/7 game show that offers more questions than answers. The contestants, college students chosen from all over the country, will have 7 days to uncover its secrets and win a multi-million dollar prize. But once they’re locked inside, they’ll discover a game that’s bigger and stranger than they could have ever imagined.

‘The Vault’ is an original web series created by Aaron Hann and Mario Miscione, with the support of Mark Cuban and AXS TV. The team came together over their love of shows like ‘Lost’ and the desire to create their own opportunities. The series began as a two-man team, with the set built in one of the director’s apartments and turned into an award winning series with over 2 million views and climbing. The complete series contains over 4 hours of content plus bonus features.

“’The Vault’ is a labor of love over 4 years in the making. For us, it was a way of pushing the limits of true low-budget, independent filmmaking and trying to find ways to tell a serialized story in new ways. We’re really excited to finally release the entire series together, in one collection, the way it was meant to be experienced,” said Mario Miscione.

Their structure on ‘The Vault’ also helped inspire their creative process for the team’s first feature film, ‘Circle’, which is now available on DVD, Netflix, iTunes, and other VOD platforms.

See Something Wrong? Have A Suggestion?

Though the Beta testing is well in the past, we at Max It are always working to improve the site, keep the gears oiled, and all around tinker to improve the experience for both the indie filmmakers that submit content, as well as the indie film lovers that drop in for their daily fix.

Just like suspicious activity, we ask that if you see something wrong, have a suggestion, or would just like to tell us just what you like or dislike about the site, you let us know.

We've a lot of things still to add (No Peeking Behind The Curtain!), but we want to make sure what is current online is working without issues. To do this each day we'll add more articles, tweak a feature here, remove a feature there. Just to keep things moving along in the right direction.

To let us know of anything, just click on Contact in the Main Menu at the top and give us as detailed a description of the problem, or suggestion and we'll do our best to look to see if and how it can be fixed, or added!

As always, we thank you for your support!
