Night Rain Campaign Launches

Night Rain Campaign Launches

Los Angeles, CA. United States

The campaign for new indie thriller “Night Rain” from Seasons & a Muse Productions launches on Indiegogo  The latest indie thriller from the award-winning producers of “The Scarapist” is happening on Indiegogo.

Complete with glamour-packed perks and exciting opportunities, The “Night Rain” Feature Campaign marks the second feature-length motion picture from Seasons & a Muse Productions and producer, screenwriter, actress and director Jeanne Marie Spicuzza.

Based on actual events, “Night Rain,” much like its campaign, unfolds like a mystery. “Night Rain” is the story of a group of young indie filmmakers, headed by an actress and producer named Ava, played by Spicuzza, who are unwittingly hired by their own stalker to make a movie about a famous unsolved Hollywood murder, but soon find themselves the subject of their own terror. “It’s inspired by survivors and victims of violence, particularly women, and an homage to the Golden Age of Hollywood and indie filmmaking,” said Spicuzza. “The title comes from my granddaughter, Amaya, whose name means ‘Night Rain’ in Japanese.”

Other cast and crew include Spicuzza’s husband, drummer Guy Hoffman of Violent Femmes and Bodeans, R. Michael Gull, Massimiliano Trevis, Synthian Sharp, Jessaymn Prince, Heidi Honeycutt and others. “Support has been overwhelming,” said Spicuzza. “I’m proud of the entire team.”

Pre-production for “Night Rain,” has already begun. Production is slated for fall of 2016 in sophisticated locations all over Los Angeles.

See Something Wrong? Have A Suggestion?

Though the Beta testing is well in the past, we at Max It are always working to improve the site, keep the gears oiled, and all around tinker to improve the experience for both the indie filmmakers that submit content, as well as the indie film lovers that drop in for their daily fix.

Just like suspicious activity, we ask that if you see something wrong, have a suggestion, or would just like to tell us just what you like or dislike about the site, you let us know.

We've a lot of things still to add (No Peeking Behind The Curtain!), but we want to make sure what is current online is working without issues. To do this each day we'll add more articles, tweak a feature here, remove a feature there. Just to keep things moving along in the right direction.

To let us know of anything, just click on Contact in the Main Menu at the top and give us as detailed a description of the problem, or suggestion and we'll do our best to look to see if and how it can be fixed, or added!

As always, we thank you for your support!
