Newport Beach Film Festival Showcases Indie Films

On the 23rd of April 2016, the Newport Beach Film Festival will once again be underway and continue until the 30th of April 2016. Between those two dates though is what needs to be mentioned. It is during this 8 days of festivities that hundreds of indie filmmakers will be recognized for their efforts in a way that only this festival can do.

Unlike Sundance, the Newport Beach Film Festival is one of the true, large scale festivals, that still recognizes where it began and the side of the film business that made it what it is. Independent film! Every year thousands of indie film lovers converge on one of the largest festivals in the United States, or the world, with the hopes of seeing the next big & little thing. A creation that inspires and motivates. One that will bring a tear of sadness, or laughter. A film that will make them feel again.

Once again, the reporters of Max It Magazine will be on site speaking with those indie filmmakers that made the cut, as well as those that are showcasing their work in conjunction to the festival. Along with this, The Max It Show will be filming interviews with various filmmakers and festival goers, sharing with you what treasures have been discovered by The Newport Beach Film Festival supporters and fans.

See Something Wrong? Have A Suggestion?

Though the Beta testing is well in the past, we at Max It are always working to improve the site, keep the gears oiled, and all around tinker to improve the experience for both the indie filmmakers that submit content, as well as the indie film lovers that drop in for their daily fix.

Just like suspicious activity, we ask that if you see something wrong, have a suggestion, or would just like to tell us just what you like or dislike about the site, you let us know.

We've a lot of things still to add (No Peeking Behind The Curtain!), but we want to make sure what is current online is working without issues. To do this each day we'll add more articles, tweak a feature here, remove a feature there. Just to keep things moving along in the right direction.

To let us know of anything, just click on Contact in the Main Menu at the top and give us as detailed a description of the problem, or suggestion and we'll do our best to look to see if and how it can be fixed, or added!

As always, we thank you for your support!
